THE SPECIALS – ‘Too Much Too Young’ – The Special A.K.A. Live EP…


The Coventry ska legends THE SPECIALS released a 5-track live EP in January 1980 with
the dazzling TOO MUCH TOO YOUNG – based on a 1969 tune, titled Birth Control, by
ska and reggae singer/producer Lloyd Charmers – as first and best known song. The
EP hit the top spot of the singles chart in the UK a couple of weeks later on 2 February.
