To Hell With Blue Mondays – Here Are… GUNS N’ ROSES

Weekly firework to splinter Blue Mondays into a thousand pieces…

To be honest I liked the early GUNS N’ ROSES madness, their monstrous 1987 debut LP ‘Appetite For Destruction’, their decadent lifestyle and their unstoppable urge to break all records regarding sex, drugs and rock ‘n roll. PARADISE CITY the single of that first album made them a smashing success around the globe. Unfortunately when the big money came in the band turned slowly but surely into a business institution with more lawyers and more managers than groupies and came up with lousy rock ballads like ‘November Rain‘ to create as much cash as possible while AXL ROSE went almost completely insane and uncontrollable. Anyway, today (6 February) it’s the interim AC/DC frontman’s 54th birthday and to celebrate we’re going back to the city where the grass is green and the
girls are pretty
and catapult this Blue Monday into space…

As all fans out there know, a reunited Guns N’ Roses (with three essential original members: Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan) started the ‘Not in This Lifetime… Tour’
last year and will continue to play around the planet in 2017. All tour dates here.
