VIVIENNE CHI – Striking Debut Single ‘VIVIENNE’ Is A Robust Power Groove…

Vibes that thrills us in a way we want to scream out loud…

‘Vivienne’ by VIVIENNE CHI

British-born VIVIENNE CHI was brought up in Spain where she discovered her voice as
a kid singing to great tunes by En Vogue, Portishead, Massive Attack, Kate Bush, Prince and more and started writing songs since the age of 11. At 18 she decided to move to London with a determination to work in music. After collaborations & features with Harry Wolfman & GRADES, she began working with TDH Productions. It was there that her signature sound was shaped. Single VIVIENNE is the first impressive result. A robust groove power pushed by a pounding bassline and fueled with Vivienne‘s ardent and passionate voice injecting this irresistible stomper with soulful fire. Like a Crystal Castles stroke infused with a hefty Depeche Mode beat. It’s a song about escapism says Vivienne: “I wrote it about getting through the aftermath of a break-up and that little voice in your head that persuades you to
do something stupid. It’s about losing control and letting your other, less dignified self take
over for a moment.”
Here’s the vigorous score…
