GEORGIA FEAR is a 17-year old singer-songwriter from Carmarthen, Wales. She started writing songs from the age of 9. Last March she released her remarkable debut longplayer, titled PERFECT ON PAPER. A truly inventive and highly varied collection of vivacious songs. Musically she mixes all sort of genres. Pop, folk, country, rock, jazz, soul, roots, actually any vibe that suits her lifelike musings. Here’s a truly gifted, outspoken, young artist with a particular vox reminding me of a young Kate Bush and most of all she has an ingenious vision and the fitting intellect for composing compelling songs. Assisted by experienced musicians she demonstrates her potential big time on this debut record. Different moods, different stories, different tones. Her sonic and lyric imagination is stunning.
