The Room in the Wood is a collaborative project featuring Paul Cavanagh and Dave Jackson. The first since their band ‘The Room‘ split in 1985. The duo designed a wondrous record that sounds intriguing and pure, that feels soulful and heartwarming and reminds me, now and then, of gloomy Nick Cave and Leonard Cohen moments.
