Washington D.C. popsters FLASHER launched their debut album CONSTANT IMAGE early this month. To celebrate the event the trio just issued a weird clip for one of the record’s singles. ‘WHO’S GOT TIME?‘ is a dynamic, multi-layered pop noise firecracker pushed by a wall-of-electrified-guitar buzz.
