British indie synth-pop duo EVERYTHING BUT THE GIRL – singer Tracey Thorn
and multi-instrumentalist Ben Watt – are back after 24 years and 10 albums.

They just announced longplayer # 11, titled FUSE.
It lands on 21 April 2023. Pre-order info here.

Thorn told NME: “People will hear this single and assume the album is more electronic than acoustic, but there is a mixture of stuff on there. You’re always trying to exist in the present. It’s lovely having a past and being respected for it – I don’t dismiss that at all, we’re grateful – but you’re living today. It’s exciting to feel like you’re making stuff that has a connection with what’s happening around you now.”

day EBM with deep electronic bass resonance and
soulful R&B vocality with Thorn‘s aged voice.
