Hi me and a friend John Pugh who ran a music magazine called Ultramotive spent some time with placebo before they got signed, it was at In the city in Manchester, we went to there holiday inn hotel after there gig to interview them, they were really nice guys , I remember doing a few pics one of which they all did a handstand against the room wall,and there loose change fell out there pockets, we spend the next 20 mins trying to find it all as there were all broke , great time I also took them to a music venue in Liverpool called the crazy house , the large rock and goth crowd were facanated by them. Months later they played there , went down a storm. I received a christmass card of Brian thanking me and John.
Seen them a good few times ,never fail to impress…
