Last year Los Angeles alt rockers JANE’S ADDICTION fronted by frontman Perry
Farrell, who conceived and created musical festival Lollapaloozaas the band’s
farewell tour in 1991 (since then the formula started spreading worldwide every
year) broke up after Farrell started a fight with guitarist David Navarro. The final
eruption after many rows.

Back to the past. JA released their 2nd, critically acclaimed and commercially successful album RITUAL DE LA HABITUAL on 21 August 1990, today 35 years ago. A year later
they split up for the first time..
The LP’s artwork, a papier-mâché sculpture co-created by artist Casey Niccoli and Farrell, visually referenced the African diaspora religion known asSantería. It shows male and female nudity.
