Spotify was founded on April 23, 2006 by two Swedish bussinesmen.

To mark their 20th anniversary, all listeners got a special, fully personalised look
recently, at their entire music history, since their first stream. You can discover the
total number of unique songs you have listened to, the first song you ever streamed
and your all-time most-streamed artist.

All listeners also received their very own All-Time Top Songs Playlist, a collection
of their top 120 tracks, complete with play counts shown, and ready to save to
their library.

U2 On Top Of A Bus For Upcoming New Single ‘STREET OF DREAMS’

According to Rolling Stone Magazine, the Irish superstars U2
have canned their 15th album, which will be released later
in the year.

The lead single is called Street Of Dreams and an accompanying video
was shot with the band performing on a bus in Mexico City (not on the
roof of a building in Los Angeles, like they did way back in 1987 for the clip
of Where The Streets Have No Name).

From ROCK To BASEBALL With Brooklyn’s Sonic Sensation GEESE

Brooklyn‘s rockers GEESE are arguably the most talked about band in the
universe thanks to their sublime 3rd LP Getting Killed, praised around
the globe, and their bewildering gigs.

Yesterday they showed up at the New York Mets
game versus the Colorado Rockies.

The band’s bassist Dominic DiGesu threw out the first
pitch (watch below), but it didn’t help the Mets to win.
It was a 3-0 loss.

OASIS Playing In Europe Next Year? Maybe, Definitely

NME reports: Liam Gallagher seems to have confirmed rumours of
future European dates. Yesterday, while on a trip in Rome he greeted
Italian fans, one asked him if he’d be in “Roma next year” with OASIS
to which our kid replied: “Without a doubt. 100 per cent.”

‘NO MUSIC FOR GENOCIDE’ Call For EUROVISION 2026 Boycott

Last December, members of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU)
decided that Israel would be allowed to participate in the annual singing
contest despite the ongoing conflict in Gaza (and now in Lebanon/Iran too).

EUROVISION will be organsized in Vienna on May 16.

Now, the No Music For Genocide organisiation, which encourages artists
and rights-holders to pull their music from streaming platforms in Israel, is
calling for artists, broadcasters and fans to boycott the competition.

An open letter shared today has been signed by artists including Brian Eno, Kneecap,
Massive Attack, Paloma Faith, Paul Weller, Kneecap, Hot Chip, Of Monsters and Men, IDLES, Primal Scream, Sigur Rós, Young Fathers, Mogwai, Black Country New Road, Erika de Casier, Nadine Shah, Dry Cleaning, Ólafur Arnalds, David Holmes, Nemahsis, Macklemore, Roger Waters, Peter Gabriel, Vacations, Smerz, a number of former Eurovision finalists and
