Band: JAMES BLONDE

Who: A Canadian alt-rock band acting as a conduit, taking inspiration from the turn of 21st century’s rock resurgence of bands like Muse, Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, Billy Talent & MGMT with the great classic rock bands, to pump out electric performances both on stage and in the studio. In 2017 they released their self-titled debut album.

Track: A HUNDRED BUCKS – brand new single about “finding happiness and fulfillment beyond relationships and commercialism without altering one’s state of mind.”

Score: This a tremendously ardent and fervent humdinger with a vehement drive and an impassioned impact, spiced with electrical hooks and powerful licks while the harmonious Beatlesesque chorus causes a rapturous glow. Its elevating melodiousness and glorious tunefulness are irresistibly infectious and will get you in a state of excitation for much
less than the track’s title. One spin and you’re hooked!
