British indie rockers BEACHTAPE released new laid-back single ‘SOMEWHERE BETTER‘ today. A song “About change. The inevitable changes in our future, and reflecting on changes from our past. The idea of something feeling so significant in the moment, but becoming so insignificant over time and vice versa. Our lives in and outside of the band have changed a lot over the last year and we’re all in completely different places to what we may have imagined a year ago.”

‘Somewhere Better‘ is a reflective reverie that brings slacker experts Pavement and Dinosaur Jr. immediately to mind. A lazy sonic recollection that makes you dream away.
A melancholic feel good tune with a relaxing effect. Something you want to hear when
you wake up in the morning, half-asleep and make you decide to stay in bed, all day long.
