THE FOLK IMPLOSION, the musical project of Lou Barlow (Dinosaur Jr, Sebodah)
and John Davis announced a few weeks ago the birth of their first longplayer in
25 years. It’s named Walk Thru Me and will be delivered on June 28.

Barlow: “A big part of what I consider to be the Folk Implosion
is taking disparate things and turning them into pop.”

Following the smooth first single Moonlit Kind (a tribute to…. owls)
the duo offers two other new, jaunty pieces.
