Who: A collective from Hamilton (CA) that was formed in 2014 and have been crafting their unique style of independent alt-country ever since. Lush, atmospheric soundscapes set the stage for songwriter Chris MacDonald’s vivid, lyrical stories. They released their debut album Summer Of Death.

The full length is co-produced by Jason “Cone” McCaslin (Sum 41) and John Dinsmore
(NQ Arbuckle, Sarah Harmer), It sees the band taking more risks, expanding their sound beyond the traditional twang of alt-country and exploring a deeper palette of sounds and textures to bring some hopelessly romantic, personal, and universal stories to life.

TUTV: Through To You is definitely more rock than country. It all starts with a steady, foot-stompin’ drum beat, soon followed by an explosion of hectic guitars. Jeezes. And in
an eye/ear blink the whole resistlessly sonic process steamrolls over you, again and again, and riffs and grooves and moves it’s way like an electric-charged whirlwind to a sped-up climax. Frontman MacDonald wants to bang his head against a wall. That doesn’t sound like a bad idea in case you need to get rid of some demons, that is.
