Blues hero ROBERT CRAY was born on
August 1, 1953 in Columbus, Georgia.

Happy 70 to the 5-time Grammy Award winner.

Inspired by seeing blues icons Albert Collins, Freddie King and Muddy Waters
in concert at the age of 20 he started his first group. It was the start of his
lustrous career. He played/collaborated with other giants such as with Eric
Clapton, Buddy Guy, Jimmie Vaughan, and Stevie Ray Vaughan.

So far he released 19 LPs, with That’s What I Heard that came out
in 2020 as his most recent one. Yep, still alive and blues kicking.
