Californian Goth diva CHELSEA WOLFE
has, so far, released 6 LPs.

Her 7th one, titled SHE REACHES OUT TO SHE REACHES OUT TO SHE
will arrive next year on 9 February. Pre-order info here.

Press info: “Chelsea Wolfe’s latest album, She Reaches Out To She Reaches Out To She, is a rebirth in process. It’s about how such a moment connects to our past, our present, and our future. It’s a powerfully cathartic statement about cutting ties, as well as an important reminder that healing is cyclical and circular, and not a simple linear process. As Wolfe explains, “It’s a record about the past self reaching out to the present self reaching out to the future self to summon change, growth, and guidance. Californian Goth star CHELSEA WOLFE (aged 39)
has, so far, released 6 LPs.

She dropped a new dark piece, named Dusk last month.

And now along with a second track she reveals details of her new 7th LP. It’s titled
SHE REACHES OUT TO SHE REACHES OUT TO SHE and it will see the day of light
next year on 9 February. Pre-order info here.

Goth heroine CHELSEA WOLFE (aged 39) has, so far, released 6 LPs.

Although no news yet about a new album, she just shared a new track, titled DUSK.

Wolfe: “The friends or lovers have gone through hell and back but are still and
always united in the end by love, like pottery gone through the fire, broken and
pieced back together.”

A sinsiter psych reverie that turns out positive in the end. The song
flares up with 1 minute to go with awestruck guitar frenzy. Wow!

Who: Celebrated psych-pop rockers from Toronto,
led by singer-songwriter-sitarist Rishi Dhir.
Active: Since 2008 / 5 LPs so far.

New EP: DAWN, DAY, DUSK

The EP follows last year’s magnific album Hollow and their French EP
Le Voyage De M. Lonely Dans La Lune. Rishi Dhir says D, D, D is a dive
into their journey through creation, life, and death, inspired by American
writer/professor Isaac Asimov (1920-1992) and his Foundation work.

This new micro-EP features two songs: the instrumental GODSTAR
and THE IMAJINARY, NAMELESS EVERYBODY IN THE WORLD.

Godstar begins with a rumble, a drone, the deep vibrations of a tabla, and the echoes of distant voices, evoking the feeling of a ritualistic ceremony. It’s a short, dreamy, calming instrumental with moody sax too. My ears wouldn’t mind if it was 10 minutes long.

The Imajinary, Nameless Everybody In The World takes listeners on a journey through innocence and wonder, ego and power, and finally, acceptance and transcendence. Reflecting the philosophical depths of Isaac Asimov’s Foundation, the lyrics delve into themes of knowledge, pride, and wisdom. The first thing that popped up on my stereo
in my head was the psychedelic harmonies of The Beatles circa Revolver. This track moves in different structures featuring sparkling guitar play, jazzy saxophone fragments, 60s organs, guitars played backward (Revolver again), and Rish‘s heavenly voice.
