TUTV: Fading Forms is a grand orchestral piece of dark-Goth-wave work. A sky-scraping symphonic earworm with Knowles‘s baritone voice taking it to a sky-scraping level. Majestic sounding synths build a wall-of-irresistible sonority that impacts your limbs’ movements.

The song has the pop grandeur of British electro heroes Erasure and Depeche Mode (both with exquisite composer Vince Clarke), but also the melodramatic bombast of German legends D.A.F (Deutsch-Amerikanische Freundschaft). Formidable.
