Natural born rock icon KIM GORODN played in Brussels last night.
And Turn Up The Volume was there just in front of her. She looks
still cool as fuck and this was the best concert I saw this year (so far).
Just flabbergasting. A phenomenal noise fest. No wonder that Kim‘s
most recent single GRASS JEANS was still ramming in my head
this morning.

Artist: KIM GORDON
Who: Iconic rock heroine who was a pivotal member of noise legends
Sonic Youth (1981-2011) and who was married with its guitarist/songwriter
Thurston Moore for 27 years. After the split Gordon she formed Body/Head
and worked on several other projects.
Back in 2019 her solo debut album No Home Record came
out and was Turn Up The Volume‘s Album Of The Year.
Gordon has a new single out now titled GRASS JEANS,
with all of this month’s proceeds going to Fund Texas Choice.
