New sonic impulses…

Lately, THURSTON MOORE dropped several outtakes and rarities on his Bandcamp page.
But just now the ex-Sonic Youth co-frontman announced some real new music with a new solo album called By The Fire, out sometime soon.

The first track HASHISH is “an ode to the narcotic of love in our shared responsibility to each other during isolation.” It’s an ongoing riff ripper. a jiving jam. a rollicking rocker. Bingo!

tour, early this year, images of Moore’s isolation days at home.
