Danish Troubled Rockers ICEAGE Launch New Sinister Track ‘BROKEN HOURS’…

Posted on by JL

Brand new sonic impulses…

After this year’s widely praised fourth album Beyondless edgy Danish rockers ICEAGE released new song Balm Of Gilead on a split single with Black Lips a few weeks ago and just now they launched another new one. BROKEN HOURS is another emotive doom and gloom contemplation reminding me of the darkest moments of The Afghan Whigs.
Music for confused souls and restless minds. Heavy stuff. Absorb it here…

ICEAGE – New Track ‘TAKE IT ALL’ From Upcoming Album Moves Like A Nasty Serpent…

Posted on by JL

22 March 2018

New album ‘Beyondless‘ by Danish noiseniks ICEAGE will be out early May. And today the band just shared another special taster off that upcoming LP. TAKE IT ALL is a pitch-black slow-moving groove growing more threatening with every second like a scary nightmare doing your poor head in. A military-like drum beat starts the obscure trip and goes on like forever while scintillating guitars and a glimmering violin paint shadowy clouds and on top of it all there’s frontman Elias Bender Rønnenfelt‘s haunting vox dominating intensely this mind-blowing orchestration like a psychotic soul looking for redemption. Wow! A truly breathtaking experience. Here’s the audio clip…

ICEAGE Share Horns Filled Firework Stroke ‘PAINKILLER’ Feat. SKY FERREIRA From Upcoming LP…

1 March 2018

Big wall-of-sound. Big turbulence. Big collaboration. That’s Danish rambunctious engine ICEAGE for you, ladies and gents, sharing another track from their first new longplayer in
four years titled Beyondless. New shambolic cut PAINKILLER features the wonderful SKY FERREIRA and is a robust and red-hot outburst with burning guitars, smacking drums and a massive horn section. Wow! On top of it frontman Rønnenfelt and Ferreira turn their own messy cool vocals into something weirdly attractive. Double wow! Here’s the audio clip for this soulful hunky-dory wallop. Capture the heat right here…
