THE DANDY WARHOLS, will release a covers album, named
Pin Ups on March 20th.

A total of 17 tracks with covers by big names such as The Cramps, The Clash,
Gang Of Four, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, The Byrds, The Runaways, and New York
Dolls.

30 Years Ago THE CURE Released Their Tour De Force Album… ‘DISINTEGRATION’

Goth icons THE CURE scored a bestseller with their eighth album, titled DISINTEGRATION. It was released 30 years ago today, on 2 May 1989. It became the band’s first massive commercial triumph, selling more than three million copies and peaking at #3 in the UK and at #12 in the USA. A string of brilliant singles ‘Lullaby‘, ‘Pictures Of You‘, ‘Love Song‘ and ‘Fascination Street’ (only a single in America) definitely helped the band’s celebrity going sky-high. NME magazine named it ‘a mindblowing and stunningly complete album.’
