MOUTH ULCERS – London’s Fresh Hound Dogs Cure You With Their New Cutting Single ‘LADY DUST’
Vitalizing tunes that work faster than a stream of caffeine
19 October 2026
Band: MOUTH ULCERS
Who: Fresh hound dogs from
London who got together in 2025.
They blend the stark emotional minimalism of Joy Division with the romantic
gloom of The Cure and the angular intensity of Bauhaus, and craft a sound built
on melodic basslines, wiry guitars, and cavernous baritone vocals.
Track: LADY RUST
Piece from their debut full-length, called You’re Not In Heaven,
slated for release on April 23rd. Tracklist & more info here.
TUTV: Sounds like a lost track from The Cure‘s dark Gothic 80s,
neurotic and hung-up, musically and vocally. Lady Dust cuts like
a Swiss knife. Pretty sick. You’d better wake up.
