The 2026 inductees will be decided by ballots cast by an international
panel of more than 1,200 artists, historians and music industry pros.
The Rock & Roll Class Of 2026 will be revealed in April
with the induction ceremony taking place this fall.

Irish/English Celtic-punk band THE POGUES broke the news of the passing
of their drummer Andrew Rankin, who was a co-founder of the band. He
was 72. R.I.P.
2 and 1/2 years ago, the band lost their notorious
frontman Shane MacGowan, aged 65. R.I.P.

Jamacian drummer SLY DUNBAR has passed away, aged 73. R.I.P.
With bassist Robbie Shakespeare, who died in 2021, he formed a
legendary reggae duo, respected everywhere in the music community.
Together they released 8 LPs and worked almost with every reggae artist of their era.
