‘Oh Happy Day‘ was a 1967 gospel music arrangement of an 18th-century hymn.
It was recorded by American band the Edwin Hawkins Singers and became a hit
in 1969. Spiritualized‘s epic rendition 20 years ago at Glastonbury was just stunning.
