He’s like The Beatles to me and I mean that in every way.
At times instead of singing in a whiney accent he’s sort of
just lying out the facts in a monotome whisper. I always gravitated towards that type of performance. It’s almost
a little bit apathetic sounding, and I love that. If someone doesn’t like his music, I actually feel like I’m not going to
agree with them about anything.

This must be the first time ever I saw an artist smash a guitar when performing
live on TV. This is exactly what Californian songstress PHOEBE BRIDGERS did last
weekend on the American Saturday Night Live show.
Bridgers and her band wore a skeleton outfit and played two songs. It was in the final
moments of I KNOW THE END – from her highly acclaimed 2020 album Punisher –
that Bridgers went gaga and gently smashed her guitar with a smile on her face. Totally unexpected. Totally cool!
