Today 33 years ago, on 31 May 1986, world music legend PETER GABRIEL topped the
US Singles Chart with his sexually charged banger ‘SLEDGEHAMMER’. It was the lead single from his 2nd, victorious LP So, produced by Daniel Lanois and the author himself.
It peaked at #4 in Great-Britain.
