The song delves into the struggle of navigating family patterns and inherited roles. Sung from a defiantly ‘stubborn’ perspective, it captures the unease of realizing how much we may mirror those who came before us. On stage, it’s summed up rather hilariously by Neev as: “This is a song about being worried you’re becoming your mother.”
