Who: American girl group originating from the Bronx, New York City.
Their debut single HE’S SO FINE, composed by singer-songwriter and
talent manager Ronnie Mack, topped the US Charts 60 years ago today,
on 1 April 1963.
It went like this.
7 years later Beatle George Harrison scored a blockbuster hit
(#1 in the US, the #UK and several other countries) My Sweet Lord.
But a year later Harrison was accused of alleged copyright infringement.
After a court case he was convicted to pay $1,599,987
