The concert film of the star-studded Rock ‘n’ Roll Circus event organized by The Rolling Stones was released on 12 October 1996, 25 years ago today and 28 years – 1968 – after the show took place.

Acts included: The Who, Taj Mahal, Marianne Faithfull, Jethro Tull, and The Dirty Mac,
a supergroup with John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Eric Clapton, Mitch Mitchell, and Keith Richards.
