ALL TOGETHER

.
TRACK BY TRACK

Band: CYPRESS HILL
Who: The weed-fueled hip-rap-hoppers
from South Gate, California.

Track: CAMPEONES

New piece from their upcoming 11th LP. A project performed entirely
in Spanish that aims to highlight their Latin roots and reconnect directly
with their cultural heritage. Tracklist & release date TBA.

It features fellow rapper Mellow Mace Ace.

TUTV: Vamos, rapeemos. Cypress Hill let pelvis move from left to right and
back to the accordion’s ambiance. Sickly sticking melodia. Fix yourself a
cocktail and sway your body to the party beats.

Band: FACS
Who: Chicago-based art rock/post-punk trio
formed in 2017. So far, they have released
5 full-lengths.

Track: PARALLEL LIVES
The band will be on tour in Australia
with Chimers, and to commemorate,
they’ve bagged a split 7″.

TUTV: The electrically-rampant debates open with out-of-tune guitars, progress lazily,
and freak out from the 3-minute mark. Kafkaesque unbridledness for chaotic minds.

Band: BUTTHOLE SURFERS
Who: The Texan post-rock-punk veterans who
came together in 1981 and unleashed 8 albums
to this day.

Track: IMBUYA
Title cut from their brand new 4-track EP (2 studio, 2 live tracks).
Stream here.

TUTV: This messy, speed-up psych jam with neurotic drum ‘n’ bass percussion
in the back is a flipped-out stunner. The surfers age backwards. Whoopee-doo.

Artist: SUKI WATERHOUSE
Who: Songstress, actress
and model from London.

Track: TINY RAISIN
New single from her forthcoming 3rd album, called
Loveland. It comes our way on July 10th.

Waterhouse: “A love song at its core. It’s a song that stands by the fact that real love in its truest essence can be chaotic, ridiculous, and imperfect, while still being something that is absolutely worth choosing over and over again at the end of the day.”

TUTV
: Power pop glamour with witty lyrics and fabulous vocals. Dumpfounding class.

Artist: MARTIN CARR
Who: Former guitarist of Britpop
idols The Boo Radleys.

Track: WHAT FUTURE
The title song of his
upcoming album, out
this Friday, May 1st.

Carr: “I’ve been putting together these sounds for many years but this
is the first time where I thought ‘this doesn’t really sound like anything else
and decided to put it out.”

TUTV: Techno daft-punk on the run. Electro rock shock. Winding mix of paranoic synths, bass booms, and some helium-infused Carr interventions. Good grief. What a brainfucker.
