A few weeks ago, the news came in that James Murphy and
his LCD SOUNDSYSTEM will have a new album out next year,
their 5th and first in 8 years since American Dreamer. More
details to come.

At the same time we could move our hips to the first
taster X-RAY EYES. A simple, but catchy beep & bleep
tune.

All dance freaks who attend the band’s 2024 NYC holiday residency
can buy a limited 12″ edition of the single with an extended dub
version on the b-side.

One year ago we got the first new music in 5 years from
James Murphy and his musical vehicle LCD SOUNDSYSTEM.

A song named New Body Rhumba, that was part of the soundtrack
of the movie White Noise based on the 1985 novel by American author
Don DeLillo.

And suddenly, after some teasing, here’s new single X-RAY EYES.
A simple, but catchy beep & bleep tune that goes like this.

The news of a new album in 2025, the first since
American Dream from 2017, came in too.

Also is LCD S already on the bill of some upcoming festivals like Primavera Sound Barcelona (4-8 June 2025). A press release confirmed their presence: “Almost twenty
years after giving the world this dance-rock ode to friendship, the influential band led by
James Murphy will come back to the festival (and with a new album!) to make it clear that, although they are an inherent part of our best memories, their time is always now.”
