Band: TEARDROP EXPLODES
Who: Post-punk pop group from Liverpool formed in 1978
with genial eccentric Julian Cope as the orchestrator.

Active: 1978-1982
Albums: Kilimanjaro (1980), Wilder (1981)
and Everybody Wants to Shag… The Teardrop Explodes
with material recorded in the middle of the 1982 split,
but not released until 1990.
