Thomas Giles Robinson was born on 1 June 1950 in Cambridge, England. Happy 73
the founder and vocalist/bassist of his Tom Robinson Band (1976-1979), best known
for their hits 2-4-6-8 Motorway and Glad To be Gay. For years now he’s been a popular radio presenter. As a bisexual Robinson is a longtime LGBT rights activist.
