Wonderful and prolific songstress KRISTIN HERSH
was born on 7 August 1966 in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.
Happy 60.
Hersh is best known as the ardent voice, face, and songwriter
of guitar-pop luminaries Throwing Muses (11 LPs thus far, with
last year’s splendid Moonlight Concessions as the most recent one).
She’s also the driving force of 50 Foot Wave
and released many solo records too.
Actually, her 12th solo one, Sugar Blackstone is ready to be shared
