the Covid-19 depression. They released their smashing debut LP,
named WOOF.

The band said, jokingly, that they want to compete at the Eurovision Song Contest of 2035 with this song. The big question, of course, is ‘will the world still turn in 2035?‘ as devastating wars destroy lives every single day on half of our planet and the future doesn’t look bright whatsoever. One can only hope… and sing/dance/jump along.

Beatle RINGO STARR turned 85 two days ago. But no pension yet
for the V-sign drummer. At the start of the year, he released Look Up,
his 21st solo album.

And he’ll play a handful of concerts (with 6 in Las Vegas) again with
his All Starr Band, a touring project he started in 1989, with alternating,
extensive line-ups featuring rock luminaries such as Dr. John, Rick Danko,
Billy Preston, Jim Keltner, Peter Frampton, Jake Bruce, Edgar Winter and
many more.

His mate and former fabulous James Gang/Eagles guitarist, Joe Walsh
who also released 12 studio albums, was a regular member of Starr‘s
celebs orchestra.

Rocky Mountain Way in 1989 at the Greek Theatre in
Berkeley, California.

I played/watched this euphoric live version – Isle Of Wight Festival
in 2015 – for years now and every single time it felt/feels like a
carefree summer.

Who: Scottish pop/rock vets who released their
6th LP, called The Human Fear, at the start of 2025.

Led by frontman/songwriter Alex Kapranos they hit the stage at Glastonbury Festival this past weekend. They played several newbies, but their 2004 breakthrough classic TAKE ME OUT (more than 1,115 billion streams on Spotify) still was the one that got the masses go berserk. They invited Scottish actor, director, singer, and guitarist Peter Capaldi to sing along.
