As part of Goldfrapp London‘s electro-pop duo ALISON GOLDFRAPP released
7 albums between 2000 and 2017. The story ended there. But their greatest hit
Ooh La La (more than 86 million streams on Spotify) will never go away.
In 2023 Alison returned to the spotlight with
her first solo LP, called The Love Invention.
And number two is canned now. It’s titled FLUX
and will be shared with world on August 15th.
The first single is a sensuous
stomper, named FIND XANADU.

Dance Diva ALISON GOLDFRAPP Celebrates Her 57th Birthday With Her First Solo Album ‘THE LOVE INVENTION’

British synth duo Goldfrapp, Alison Goldfrapp and Will Gregory ,
fabricated 7 LPs since they started dancing in 1999.
Both were involved in several other projects and now after all
these years, Alison finally has her first solo full lenght out.
It’s named THE LOVE INVENTION and features renowned producers such
as Richard X (Pet Shop Boys, M.I.A.), James Greenwood (Daniel Avery, Kelly
Lee Owens), and Toby Scott (The Gossip, Annie). Order info here.
Evening Standard (UK newspaper): “The listener can take the songs at face value and relax into the blissful disco grooves. “I feel like there’s a lot to be said for pure unadulterated fun,” she has said, and she definitely says it here… It’s best to give up looking for any underbelly and give in to the emotion. It may be a minor name change but it’s an entirely fresh start.” Score: 4/5.

RÖYSKOPP & Disco Diva ALISON GOLDFRAPP Dance Their Way Into Space At Night
Norwegian electronic dance tandem RÖYSKOPP are probaly the most
productive musicians of 2022. They already released two albums this year.
Profound Mysteries I (April) and Profound Mysteries II (August).
No two without three. So the pair decided to complete the trilogy
with Profound Mysteries III, out this November. Again they invited
