Old and new albums to make your day…
24 February 2020
Eccentric metal legend OZZY OSBOURNE released his twelfth solo album called ORDINARY MAN last week. Partly a hot-blooded powerhouse, partly a surprisingly personal and touching reflection (“I was unprepared for fame / Then everybody knew
my name”) digging up memories. Even at 71 and dealing with health problems the
past few years and still today (he had to cancel a new tour as he was diagnosed with Parkinson) he sounds as hot-blooded and bloodthirsty as in the early days, but also melancholic, heavyhearted (like in the emotive ballad, the title track featuring, yes,
Elton John) and aware of his mortality. The Prince Of Darkness is no ordinary man!
Rolling Stone
“With a mix of soulful midnight confessionals and free-spirited rockers, the Prince of Darkness bares his soul on his 12th solo album.”
NME
“Undimmed by ill health and still having an absolute blast, the Wizard of Ozz remains a force to be reckoned with on his uproarious 12th solo album.”
The Guardian
“The elegiac lyrics on Osbourne’s 12th solo album stand in contrast with the off-the-cuff vibe of its music.

New sonic impulses…
20 February 2020
Despite he’s 70 metal icon OZZY OSBOURNE is not ready yet to retire. Tomorrow he releases his umpteenth solo album called ‘ORDINARY MAN’. He already shared three tracks before ‘Under The Graveyard‘, ‘Straight To Hell‘ and the title track, a ballad, featuring, yes, Elton John. Here is track number four featuring rapper Post Malone.
They worked together before.
‘IT’S A RAID’ is a blitzkrieg punk fireball going faster than a jet. It’s like the pair are on a kamikaze mission with Ozzy screaming his lungs out and Post Malone also producing deafening decibels. Midway they slow down a bit to reload the batteries for a crushing
‘Fuck You All’ finale.
