Brett Anderson (frontman/songwriter): “Autofiction is our punk
record. No whistles and bells. Just the five of us in a room with all
the glitches and fuck-ups revealed; the band themselves exposed in
all their primal mess.”

New single: SHE STILL LEADS ME ON
Brett wrote it for his late mother.

After all these years Brett Anderson & co still
know how to set the place aflame.

My stereo is impressed with this new heated hurry-scurry…

SUEDE Released One Of Their Top Singles ‘THE WILD ONES’ 25 Years Ago…

Posted on by JL

Knockouts from the past…

7 November 2019

Band: Suede
Song: The Wild Ones
Released: 7 November 1994, 25 years ago today / it was the
second single from their masterpiece LP ‘Dog Man Star’ and
peaked at #18 on the UK Singles Chart
Note 1: Frontman Brett Anderson said on several occasions
that was the best song he ever wrote with original guitarist
Bernard Butler and actually his all-time favourite Suede track
Note 2: Butler had left the band before ‘Dog Man Star‘ was
finished and was quickly replaced by the then 17-year old
guitarist Richard Oakes. To empathize this change a photo
with the new lineup was added to the Wild Ones single

There’s a song playing on the radio…
