TOM PETTY Released First Solo Album ‘FULL FEVER MOON’ 30 Years Ago Today…

FULL FEVER MOON was TOM PETTY‘s first LP without The Heartbreakers although it features collaborations with some of them and also contributions by Traveling Wilburys‘ mates Roy Orbison (who died some months before its release), George Harrison and Jeff Lyne. It was released 30 years ago today, on 24 April 1989. The longplayer was a big success peaking at #3 on the U.S. Albums Chart and hitting #8 in the UK.
