25 years ago today, on 17 October 1994, Oxford’s sharp rockers SUPERGRASS released their debut single ‘CAUGHT BY THE FUZZ‘. An alacritous ripper written about lead singer Gaz Coombes‘ arrest for being caught in possession of cannabis. The track peaked at #43 on the UK Singles Chart and was included on their debut LPĀ I Should Coco, that appeared
a year later. The band released 7 albums during their 17-year stint (1993-2010) and they decided some time ago to reunite. They will be touring throughout 2020. Live dates here.
