Happy 73 to blues legend PETER GREEN – real name Peter Allen Greenbaum – who
co-founded blues band FLEETWOOD MAC in 1967 (along with current members Mick Fleetwood and John McVie). He was born 29 October 1946. Despite being only 3 years
in the group the exceptional gifted singer/songwriter and awesome guitarist wrote a
series of brilliant, timeless classics, therefore he was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall
Of Fame in 1998. He left the band in 1970 due to severe mental health problems. In 1979 he returned to the scene, collaborating with various artists, releasing solo records and playing live. Peter Green is still active today (see his FB-Page at the bottom).
