Band: MANCHESTER ORCHESTRA
Who: Heavy emo-alt-rockers from Georgia, Atlanta.
Already in business since 2004 with 6 albums on their
resume. Their most recent The Million Masks Of God
was released last April.
Manchester Orchestra contributes a song to the all-star soundtrack album
for an icon American comic-book series called Dark Nights: Death Metal.
The record includes comics-inspired songs by artists like Soccer Mommy,
IDLES,, Show Me The Body, Chelsea Wolfe and the Mastodon. The soundtrack
will hit the streets on 18th June.
Andy Hull (singer-songwriter): “When producer Tyler Bates reached out about
wanting to include us in the soundtrack for this epic comic, this song immediately
came to mind. We spent some time with him adding flourishes to the original version
and we were really thrilled with how well it turned out.”
