IRON FIST is the fifth studio LP by speed metal freaks LEMMY and
his two MOTÖRHEAD amigos. It was released 40 years ago today,
on 17 April 1982. It peaked at No 6 in the UK.

AllMusic wrote: “Another first-rate Motörhead album, the fifth in a row,
to be precise. Iron Fist is the final one to feature the band’s classic lineup, as
guitarist “Fast” Eddie Clarke would depart following the album’s completion.”
