Daily noise that works faster than any stimulant

MOLOSSER CRUDE is a Swedish power duo that combine the energy and heavy riffing of bands like Kyuss (QOTSA’s maestro Josh Homme‘s first big band) and Unsane with old delta blues rawness and sizzling noise. Add the powerful, melodic vocals of drummer Tess and you might get an idea of what this duo create with the unlikely set-up of an electric drum kit and a thirties-style jazz guitar run through three amplifiers at once.

The uninhibited tandem recently released a live studio re-recording of their first song ever titled BYE BYE GRACE, written about a year ago. But where the old version had a lighter, somewhat tentative energy, this one features a far more mature and self-assured Molosser Crude, at ease in their sound and their vision of what can be wrung out of a minimal set-up like theirs.

Expect nasty mid-tempo stoner-blues-rock commotion. Think Seasick Steve turning up the amps accompanied by a muscularly pounding female drummer who also takes care of the vigorous vocals. No arty-farty stuff here, folks. MC are alive and raw and they kick ass.
