American musician BILL HALEY (1925-1981) was a rock ‘n’ roll pioneer,
credited by many as the first artist popularizing the then new form of
music in the early 1950s. Along with his Comets band he scored a series
of hits. His first one was SHAKE, RATTLE AND ROLL. It reached the Top-10
of the US Charts.

He didn’t look like a rock star, but
he surely knew how to play it.
