Melbourne-based rock team DELIVERY released
their debut LP Forever Shaking Hands in 2022.
They have finished the recordings of the follow-up.
Force Majeure will see the day of light on 17 Jan 2025.

They just dropped single #4, titled THE NEW ALPHABET
James Lynch (singer/guitarist): “Weirdly and unintentionally, The New Alphabet is something of a spiritual twin to ‘The Complex’ from our first album; both tracks come in at number six on the record, are built around wonky guitars over a slightly loosened groove, and both share a similar lyrical concept that I sometimes revert back to for Delivery. Which is, taking on the perspective of a character who thinks they’re topshit, when it’s glaringly obvious that they’re not.”
The New Alphabet is a tremendously jangly thrill,
think Tom Verlaine‘s Television on amphetamines,
and accompanied by a madcap video clip.
