French experimental dropouts who listen to the name
of EKTÖR are a weird bunch of musical crusaders.
They released their 8-track EP,
named Ektöristan last October.
Dreamlike music and interloping lyrics in transit to the Immunocratic Potentorate of Ektöristan, a faraway land of freewheeling artists. Often brutal, sometimes contemplative, the harmonies borrow from all styles, the rhythms are superimposed and agglomerated, the voices differ from time to time. Ektöristan is an unidentified sound object in praise of singularity and creative freedom.
