MASTERS OF REALITY Back In Town After 16 Years – New Album In March, New Single ‘MR. TAP N’ GO’ Today

Daily noise that works faster the a stream of caffeine

After 44 years, American rock old-timers MASTERS OF REALITY (who took their name from a misprinted label of the third Black Sabbath album, ‘Master of Reality’) fronted by the only original member/co-founder/producer Chris Goss, who was also involved in several other bands/projects during his long career, announced the birth of their (only) 7th longplayer, the first in 16 years.

It’s named Archers and lands on your stereo
on March 28th (digitally) and physically on CD
and LP on April 11.

Goss about the album: “The Archer is whoever one perceives as their invisible ruler of fate. Often, the archer is very visible to those who pay attention. Maybe some even think he is the dictatorial god. Or even a conjured entity. But all can agree that the archer has impeccable
skill at hitting the target.”

“This album intentionally broke away from the heavier riff rock that we dominated for over three decades. The ‘stoner and desert rock’ riffing was a reason for Masters of Reality to break away on this record and present our blues in a different light for a minute. Blues isn’t a three-chord riff progression. It’s life itself. I can easily provide a thousand heavy riffs at the drop of a dime. But I dare any self-proclaimed heavy riff band to have the balls to throw the curve ball that we’ve thrown with this album.”

MR. TAP ‘N GO is the second shared track. It’s a funky and
groovy rock corker. Wham bloody wham bang bang bang.

Wake up people,
these masters
are 4 real.
