Veteran rockers SUPERCHUNK from North Carolina,
formed in 1989, have no intention whatsoever to retire.
Since their 12th LP Wild Loneliness, from 2022,
the band kept the fire go with a couple of singles.
And here’s their first of 2025, titled BRUISED LUNG.
It features backing vocals and guitar by songstress
Rosali .
Mac McCaughan (vocalist, guitarist): “A song about being disoriented
and sleepless and not being able to explain why. Like a hangover but not
from drinking. Rosali came into the studio to add some woozy shredding
and great harmonies.”
Superchunk still know how to get you out bed, lazy people.
