Band: HANABIE.
Who: Young, female metalcore sensation from Japan. They formed while in school
in 2015. The group’s name is a Japanese word for the spring day on which the coldness
of winter returns. So far they released 2 albums and scored millions and millions of
streams on Spotify.

TUTV: Honestly, metalcore isn’t my favourite music genre, but this is visually and
sonically totally mental. I love Habanie‘s flippant barbie-punk-doll looks, their search
and destroy explosiveness, and their unambiguously ‘get lost, if you don’t like us, all
you sexist machos out there’ attitude.
